How to Consign with Us
Get your items pre-approved. Email us photos of the item(s) you want to consign. Our email is info@hometohomeco.com
Make sure your photos are clear and easy to see. Please show any imperfections. Include any details about your pieces; age, name brand, what you paid, as well as your phone number.
Home to Home will let you know ASAP if your items are a good fit. The showroom is not yet open so we will let you know when you can drop items off for consign or help you with a third party service to pick items up.
Home to Home offers pick up and drop off from a vetted third party moving company. Please specify in your email if you will be needing this service.

Our Consignment Terms
Home to Home works on a 90 day contract. All consignment items reduce 20% every 30 day. Home to Home splits the contracted prices 50/50% with the consignor when the pieces are ultimately sold. Home to Home will determine the price of your items based on experience and knowledge of the industry. The Consignor is responsible for picking up or donating any unsold items by the 93rd day of the contract. Due to the high number of consignors, Home to Home is unable to call when items have expired. All unclaimed items will become property of Home to Home. Home to Home will issues checks around the 20th of the month following the sale of your item(s). You can tell Home to Home if you choose to pick up or have your check mailed to you (there will be a small postage fee for mailing checks). Home to Home holds the right to have sales at any time during your consignment contract.

What We Take on Consignment
At Home to Home we pride ourselves on our selective consignment process, ensuring we offer only the best for our customers. Items should have limited wear & tear and be in “like new” condition. Items must be clean and free of pet hair and smoke. We do not accept items with considerable sun damage, fading, chips, or structural damage. All upholstery must be 7 years or newer.
We do not take mattresses, antiques, baby cribs, bedding, collectables, or dishes.
